Most officers get search and seizure once at the academy, then a check-the-box refresher when the calendar says so. Then they make split-second legal decisions every shift, and every one of them is reviewable: by a supervisor, a prosecutor, a defense attorney, a jury. Minimum training carries maximum liability.

What does it cost?
It depends on the format: hosting a class can earn your agency free seats, and private training is priced by course and headcount. The 15-minute call ends with real numbers for your situation, plus a free roadmap either way.
Is the training POST-certified?
Our courses carry POST certification in nearly every state. On the call we’ll confirm exactly what applies in your state.
Is it specific to our state's law?
Yes. Instructors teach your state’s case law alongside the federal foundation. It’s one of the main reasons agencies choose us over generic training.
We're a small agency. Is this for us?
Yes. We train departments from a handful of officers to state agencies. Hosting a class is how many small agencies bring us in at little or no cost.
I'm not the decision maker. Should I still reach out?
You’re exactly who should reach out. Every agency we train started with one person, and most of them weren’t command staff. We’ll give you the plan and the numbers; you hand them up the chain. That’s the whole move.
I'm the chief. What do I get out of the call?
